Buddha Body Yoga brings to Accessible Yoga the exploration of the body spirals and axis, as a way to deepen your practice and explore the equanimity of the body, breath, and belly.
Come explore a different way to use the chair for your standing poses as well as floor poses, using chairs, bolsters, blocks and straps. The aim of this introductory workshop is to give you different ideas and change your thinking about your routine and practice.
Prop suggestions: yoga mat (2 if possible), bolster (rolled-up blankets or firm pillows can work), 1 chair (2 chairs for intermediate and advanced classes), strap (could be a belt or even a long scarf), and 2 blocks.
This single event forms part of our Accessible Yoga Association Monthly Programs for August. Click here to check out our other July offerings and register for our Workshop + Asana Class + Community Forum Bundle.
