Bringing yoga and embodied mindfulness practices to incarcerated people can be one of the most rewarding endeavors a person can undertake. It takes commitment, skill, and deep personal practice. Most people living in jails and prisons will eventually return to their communities.
In this workshop, learn why providing trauma-informed, mindfulness-based yoga to incarcerated people is important and how we can skillfully serve people who experience trauma and mental illness.
Bring a notebook and an open mind.

As an organization committed to equity and promoting financial accessibility, we've created three pricing tiers for each of our scheduled community events. If you do not see a tier that reflects your financial situation, you're invited to apply for a scholarship. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
